Meet Tom Greene
Thomas E. Greene III, founder of Liberty Street Law, blends a background that includes business and corporate law, estate planning and asset protection to provide top-tier legal representation to clients at a competitive price point.
Tom has held high-level positions during his career, including senior vice president at Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs in New York and legal counsel for a national brokerage firm. Tom has also served as CEO & Counsel for an American Stock Exchange company.
Tom’s diverse career developed after he received a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia, a law degree from Emory University Law School, and studied finance at the New York University School of Business. As a member of the Georgia and Washington, D.C. Bar Associations, Tom Greene brings a unique blend of legal acumen and business insights to his clients.
Tom served as in-house legal counsel for a nationwide brokerage firm and corporate counsel for companies nationwide. He has a deep understanding of the business and legal landscape. As an accomplished author, he has contributed to renowned journals such as Leimberg and Trusts & Estates and wrote the book, A Family Asset Protection Plan. In addition to his legal accomplishments, he has also made his mark as a producer of an acclaimed Off-Broadway play.
With his certification as an asset protection planner, his CEO and counsel positions in a public company, and his involvement in the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Provident Resources, managing billions of dollars in assets, Tom's credentials are truly exceptional.

He advised a President and his transition team, offered expert testimonies before the US Senate and House of Representatives and chaired The National Health Care Business Association on legal, capital, and financial matters.
Tom served as an advisor to the Georgia State Senate Appropriations Board and participated in the legal community as a lecturer on asset protection topics for the National Business Institute and is a member of the American Bar Association's Asset Protection Planning Committee.
