Our History

Liberty Street was Founded in 1980 by Tom Greene on the 76th floor of the historic World Trade Center North building – located next door to Thomas Jefferson’s former office space.

We have now expanded and are located near the combined resources of the Atlanta business community and the University of Georgia’s renowned Terry College of Business.

  • Many clients need to transfer assets into trusts. Liberty Street owns and manages for its clients, Pierpont Trust, an advanced (yet lower cost) asset protection trust in Wyoming – it’s the most protective state and has no state income tax.

  • We can prevent the liabilities from one business from leaking over into the seizure of assets in a separate business or the personal assets of the owner.

  • Your family’s personal liabilities (e.g., a teenager in a car accident) can be prevented from allowing a lawsuit to seize your valuable business assets.
